If they do not have sufficient funds at time of charge withdrawal, they will be charged the regular pay-per-use rate of $0.50/page viewed, until their next top-up when the $7 charge will be withdrawn and unlimited access reinstated. Pay-per-use charges for ineligible usage such as tethering, using Non-Rogers Certified applications will incur.
